SUMMARY:Youth Sailing Day
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day on the lake! \nWe are looking forward to introducing sailing to not only the young at heart\, but young in years. \nOpen to sailing wannabees or those just curious about how does the wind make that boat go. \nWe will have introductions to boat basics\, “what is a main sheet\, how do you steer” to swim test and what to do in the event of taking on water “gasp!” \nLunch and snacks will be served. \nAll young sailors need a guardian present. and life jackets are nice if you have them. \nWe will be taking to the water in Optis and other boats as needed. \nTime is 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. \n  \nHopefully wind conditions will be favorable. Either way it will be fun!
