July 4th Weekend Fireworks

Each year Nashville Shores puts on a great fireworks show. It is even more fun watching from the water. If you get started early enough, you can anchor up in a great position to watch the fireworks. As the time nears, we'll post the date of the fireworks (PROBABLY July 3rd on Sunday) and a time when we'll try to begin anchoring up. We need to get there early before the place is overrun with power boaters.
This reminds me, I never wrote about last year when we ran out of gas and had to sail the boat into the gaggle of power boaters. Then, when Mike Allgood helped with some fuel, we ran out of juice in the battery for the lights! Every event is eventful!
